Committing to service-above-self, perpetual training, and inter-agency cooperation to maintain a constant state of readiness for search, rescue, incident response and above all else, safety.
At the end of May 2025, TEXSAR already had more than 100 missions, assisting in locating missing persons, human remains searches, force multipliers and community support response and ultimately giving closure to families. We are Texans helping Texans through selfless acts of determination, caring, and giving of their time and talents.
TEXSAR is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit first responder organization, headquartered in Central Texas, with divisions in the Gulf Coast, North Texas, Central Texas, and South-Central Texas covering all 254 counties in the state of TEXAS. We are humbled by the selfless spirits that embody TEXSAR members and their dedication to TEXSAR's mission. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we rely solely on the support of private donors and generous supporters to further our mission.
